This comprehensive Design/Build renovation blended functionality with aesthetic refinement across both interior and exterior spaces. The scope included updated finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms, selective wall reconfigurations to create a more open living area, and the addition of custom built-in cabinetry in the playroom. Interior upgrades were rounded out with a fresh, whole-house paint scheme. On the exterior, outdated stone elements were modernized with a clean stucco veneer, and a new circular driveway was introduced to improve both curb appeal and access.
A standout feature of the project was the addition of a 600 SF pool house, designed to complement the natural surroundings while integrating modern utility. Constructed with striking 12x12 cedar columns, exposed stain-grade structural beams, and a matching stain-grade ceiling, the pool house also includes a full bath. To preserve the landscape's visual integrity, a required underground water detention system was installed. The entire property is supported by a 40kW whole-home generator for added resilience and comfort.
