Waller Contracting was formed as a Limited Liability Company in conjunction with a Limited Partnership (WCLLC LP) in the State of Texas with an inception date of March 17, 2004.  All projects are performed under WCLLC LP.

Focusing on Design/ Build, which is a form of contracting that provides the architecture, engineering, interior design and construction of a project, Waller Contracting can service all the client’s needs. The benefit to the client is obvious in that there is no “finger pointing” between the architect and the contractor.  Also, the client achieves reduced project overall cost with this benefit realized in the upfront project startup costs.



Waller Contracting performs work in both the commercial and residential construction markets and completes projects that are new construction, additions/ renovations, interiors as well as exterior renovations including new pools and pool renovations.   

Paul S. Waller is the General Partner and a graduate of Texas A&M University in 1990.  Mr. Waller was a double major in Construction Science and Under Graduate Architecture. He worked for large commercial general contractors in the Houston area for 14 years before founding Waller Contracting.
