Design/ Build two-story office building on owner’s property. Waller Contracting managed the re-platting of the 3 combined lots for the owner. The base building project included common spaces with an elevator and restrooms. The structure was structural CMU exterior walls with bar joist floor framing and a poured in place concrete second floor deck. The exterior featured stucco veneer, limestone treatments, ornamental metal hand railings and a standing seam metal roof. The building was completed on time for subsequent lease work. The project scope also included a 3,800 SF tenant buildout for the building owner.
