A two-phase Design/ Build residential renovation project.
Project Value: $340,399 (combined)
Phase 1: Complete renovation of the customer’s master suite. The project utilized high end tile and stone work with new custom cabinetry and master closet systems.
Phase 2: Complete renovation of the customer’s public living area with concrete in-fill of a sunken living room, wall renovations to open up the area by installing new beams in place of load bearing walls, new kitchen with custom cabinetry, new tile floors, new fireplace surround and a main staircase renovation. The project also included new energy efficient windows and needed waterproofing repairs to an exterior deck.
