Project Value Phase 1: $161,500, Phase 2: $412,000

The customer was relocating to brand new office space and hired Waller Contracting to perform their interior renovation.  The typical lease space build-out took 6 weeks and met the customer’s move-in date.  Phase 2 was completed 3 years later as BrandExtract needed to expand due to company growth.  This phase added 2,980 SF plus included new Mens and Womens restrooms.
