In conjunction with the owner/ architect, Waller Contracting provided Design/ Build structural engineering services to the project. This contemporary home included a mult-level foundation, custom cabinetry, upgraded tile and stone work, interior and exterior terrazzo flooring. The exterior utilized stone cladding, commercial glass systems with stucco veneer and redwood lap siding elements. A distinctively designed pool was also part of the project. This challenging project was completed in 9 months.
