Design/ Build project for the renovation of a car dealership for the new occupant JD Byrider. The project included revisions to the floor plan and exterior of the building to accommodate the tenant’s needs as well as new shop area with conditioned air and vehicle lifts. New furniture systems were provided as well. New site lighting and fencing were part of the overall project package.
