A Design/ Build custom home on a ravine lot. The home included custom cabinetry, upgraded tile work throughout the house, stain grade trim and cherry wood floors with custom limestone masonry and stucco veneer on the exterior. The customer was on a very tight schedule and Waller Contracting completed the architecture, engineering, obtained permits and executed the construction with a total duration for design and construction of 8 months.
