This Design/ Build major addition/ renovation utilized retrofit piers and a combination steel beams and engineered wood beams to economize the project costs for the owner by maintaining the existing slab by isolating the new second floor structure. The house renovation included new electrical, plumbing and HVAC installations along with custom cabinetry, upgraded stone and tile work, a new grand staircase and foyer, interior arches for architectural treatments as well as a new pool.
