A Design/ Build custom home addition/ renovation project that included adding a new master suite and renovated the balance of the existing structure. All new electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems were installed as well as wall modifications to create a Great Room with vaulted ceiling. This facet of the work necessitated a new roof line with major re-framing. Custom cabinets were installed throughout the house along with upgraded stone and tile work. Bamboo flooring rounded out the project.
